Technique
Setup
Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or a corner and load the other end. Stand in a split stance facing it, with the leg opposite your pressing arm forward, holding the end of the bar at your shoulder with your elbow tucked.
Movement
Press the bar up and forward until your arm is straight, letting your shoulder blade reach forward at the top. Lower it under control back to your shoulder. Finish the set, then switch sides.
Form Tip
Keep your ribs down and your hips square to the bar; twisting or leaning back to finish the rep turns the press into a lower-back problem.
Increase Difficulty
Add weight, or press from a half-kneeling position.
Decrease Difficulty
Use less weight, or press with both hands on the end of the bar.
