Technique
Setup
From a push-up position, walk your feet toward your hands and lift your hips high so your body forms an inverted V.
Movement
Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor between your hands, then press back up.
Form Tip
Keep your elbows tracking back at roughly 45 degrees and your hips high — the head travels down, not forward.
Increase Difficulty
Elevate your feet on a chair or step to shift more weight onto your shoulders.
Decrease Difficulty
Walk the hands further forward (less inverted), or do Incline Push-Ups instead.
