Technique
Setup
Start in an inverted V: hands slightly wider than your shoulders, feet a little wider than hip-width, hips high and arms straight. Let your head hang between your arms.
Movement
Bend your elbows and swoop your chest forward and down so it skims just above the floor between your hands, then straighten your arms and lift your chest into a gentle arch with your hips low. Push your hips straight back up to the inverted V and repeat.
Form Tip
Keep the swoop low and smooth with your elbows tucked, and only arch as far as your lower back is comfortable.
Increase Difficulty
Slow the swoop to 3 seconds each way, or bring your feet closer together.
Decrease Difficulty
Make the dip shallower, or practice Pike Push-Ups and Push-Ups separately first.
