Technique
Setup
Hold a light kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height, bell pointing up. Stand with feet hip-width, glutes tight and ribs down.
Movement
Circle the bell around your head, passing it close behind your neck and back to your chest, while your head stays still. Alternate directions each rep.
Form Tip
Keep the bell close to your head and your ribs down; arching your back to get it around means the bell is too heavy or the circle is too big.
Increase Difficulty
Use a heavier bell, or pause for a second behind your head.
Decrease Difficulty
Use a lighter bell and make the circle smaller.
