Technique
Setup
Assume a high plank position with hands directly under shoulders. Maintain a straight body line.
Movement
Drive one knee toward your chest, then quickly switch and drive the other knee forward while extending the first leg back.
Form Tip
Keep your hips low and avoid bouncing. Focus on a rapid but controlled 'running' motion while bracing your abs.
Increase Difficulty
Perform 'Cross-Body Mountain Climbers' by driving the knee toward the opposite elbow.
Decrease Difficulty
Perform the movement at a slower pace or with hands on an elevated surface.
