Setup
Lie on your back holding the kettlebell in one hand, that arm locked straight above your shoulder, with the knee on the same side bent and foot flat. Your other arm and leg rest out on the floor at about 45 degrees.
Movement
Roll up onto your free elbow, then your hand, and lift your hips into a bridge; sweep your straight leg under you into a kneel, then stand up. Reverse each step back to the floor with your eyes on the bell until you are standing. Finish the set, then switch sides.
Form Tip
Keep the working arm locked and stacked vertically over your shoulder through every position; a bent or drifting arm is how the bell comes down on you.
Increase Difficulty
Use a heavier bell, or pause for 2 seconds in each position.
Decrease Difficulty
Practice the steps with no weight or a shoe balanced on your fist, then add a light bell.
