Technique
Setup
Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and your feet wider than hip-width. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes so your body forms a straight line.
Movement
Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder, then place it back down and repeat with the other hand. Move slowly and keep alternating until all reps are done.
Form Tip
Keep your hips square to the floor, as if balancing a glass of water on your lower back; if they rock side to side, widen your feet or slow down.
Increase Difficulty
Bring your feet closer together, or hold each tap for 2 seconds.
Decrease Difficulty
Widen your feet further, or perform from your knees.
