Technique
Setup
Stand tall holding the EZ bar on its angled grips about shoulder-width, palms up and turned slightly in, arms extended against your thighs. Pin your elbows at your sides and pull your shoulders back.
Movement
Curl the bar toward your shoulders without letting your elbows drift forward, and squeeze at the top. Lower slowly all the way to full extension.
Form Tip
The angled grip is easier on the wrists than a straight bar, but only if you don't swing; if your hips kick forward to start the rep, take weight off.
Increase Difficulty
Add weight, or slow the lowering to 3 seconds.
Decrease Difficulty
Use a lighter bar, or switch to Bicep Curls with dumbbells.
