Technique
Setup
Anchor one end of a barbell in a landmine or corner and lightly load the other end. Stand facing it with feet wider than shoulder-width and hold the end of the bar at forehead height with both hands, arms nearly straight.
Movement
Rotate through your hips and torso to arc the bar down toward one hip, pivoting your back foot, then bring it back over the top and down to the other side. Keep your arms long and the movement controlled; each side counts as one rep.
Form Tip
Turn from your hips as much as your trunk and let your feet pivot; twisting only at the waist with your hips locked puts the rotation into your lower back.
Increase Difficulty
Add weight, or slow the lowering to each side.
Decrease Difficulty
Use the bar with no plates and shorten the arc.
