Technique
Setup
Stand with your feet hip-width apart on a non-slip surface, knees soft and arms ready to swing. Check that you have clear space overhead.
Movement
Dip into a quarter squat and swing your arms, then jump straight up and pull both knees toward your chest at the top. Extend your legs to land softly on the balls of your feet, sink into the landing, and go into the next jump.
Form Tip
Land quietly with bent knees tracking over your toes; if the landings get loud or stiff, rest before the next rep.
Increase Difficulty
Jump higher and bring your knees all the way to your chest, or shorten the pause between reps.
Decrease Difficulty
Reset fully between jumps, or do Jump Squats instead.
