Technique
Setup
Clean two kettlebells into the rack position so each rests on the back of your forearm, handles close together at your chest and elbows tucked. Stand with feet shoulder-width, toes turned out slightly.
Movement
Brace and sit straight down between your heels, keeping your chest tall and elbows pointing down, until your thighs pass parallel. Drive up through your whole foot.
Form Tip
Keep the elbows tucked and the bells tight to your body; if they drift forward, your upper back rounds and the load shifts onto your spine.
Increase Difficulty
Use heavier bells, or add a pause at the bottom.
Decrease Difficulty
Hold a single bell for Kettlebell Goblet Squats.
