Technique
Setup
Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart and bring the ends (or loop) up to your shoulders.
Movement
Squat down until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, then drive up through your whole foot.
Form Tip
The band pulls you forward and down hardest at the top — stand up tall and squeeze your glutes to finish each rep.
Increase Difficulty
Use a heavier band or add a 2-second pause at the bottom.
Decrease Difficulty
Hold the band at your sides with straight arms instead of at your shoulders.
